Paris, April 6, 2024 — In a momentous achievement, Jungkook, the golden-voiced heartthrob of global sensation BTS, has struck gold in France.

His debut solo single, “Seven”, featuring American rapper Latto, has been officially certified as a “gold single” by France’s National Syndicate of Phonographic Publishing (SNEP).

Released on July 14, 2023, under the label Big Hit Music, “Seven” is a collaborative track that blends Jungkook’s emotive vocals with Latto’s lyrical prowess.

Crafted by renowned producers Andrew Watt and Cirkut, alongside songwriters Jon Bellion and Theron Makiel Thomas, the song weaves a romantic tale of longing and desire.

Its UK garage pop vibe resonated with listeners across the globe, securing spots on music charts in more than fifty countries.

The gold certification comes on the heels of “Seven” amassing over 15 million equivalent streams in France.

Fans have rallied behind Jungkook, celebrating not only his vocal prowess but also his unwavering dedication to artistic excellence.

The explicit version of the song, later featured on Jungkook’s inaugural album, “Golden,” further solidified its impact.
