Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has dismissed several key aides, including top aide Serhiy Shefir, as part of a significant administrative reshuffle. This decision coincides with a series of aggressive air attacks by Russia across Ukraine, marking a new chapter in the ongoing conflict.

The reshuffle saw the departure of three advisers and two presidential representatives responsible for volunteer activities and soldiers' rights. The reasons behind these dismissals remain undisclosed, fueling speculation about potential strategic shifts within Ukraine's leadership.

Simultaneously, Russia has intensified its military campaign, launching drones and missiles in a widespread attack that has not spared Ukraine's energy infrastructure. The Zmiiv Thermal Power Plant in the Kharkiv region, one of the largest thermal power plants, suffered complete destruction due to Russian shelling. This has resulted in significant power outages, affecting approximately 120,000 people in the region.

The Ukrainian Air Force reported that Russia deployed 12 Shahed drones overnight, with nine being successfully intercepted. Additionally, four missiles were fired into eastern Ukraine, and a barrage of 38 missiles, 75 air raids, and 98 attacks from multiple rocket launchers were unleashed over the last 24 hours.

These developments have brought a new level of urgency to the conflict, as Ukraine grapples with both internal political changes and the external threat of Russian military advances.
